Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PropertyHQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including organization administrators, managers, and team members.
Account Terms
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each organization account must have at least one administrator. You may not share account credentials across multiple individuals.
Payment Terms
PropertyHQ subscriptions are billed monthly. Module pricing is per-module, per-organization. Payment is processed through Stripe. You may add or remove modules at any time, with charges prorated accordingly.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Limitation of Liability
PropertyHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of PropertyHQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
